Tai Chi Sword is an important component of traditional Chinese martial arts, combining Tai Chi principles with sword techniques. It emphasizes soft, smooth, and flowing movements, focusing on both internal and external cultivation. 太極劍是中國傳統武術的重要組成部分,是太極拳與劍術相結合的一種武術形式。它以柔和、圓潤、流暢的動作為主,注重內外兼修  


Exercising the body also nurturing the mind. Practicing Tai Chi Sword can improve balance, flexibility, and coordination while helping to relieve stress and harmonize body and mind. A foundation in Tai Chi is required. 不僅鍛鍊身體,更培養心性通過練習太極劍,可以提升身體的平衡性、靈活性與協調性,同時也有助於舒緩壓力、調節身心。需有太極拳基礎. 

 

Duration: 6 weeks, no class on 7/5
 Instructor: Ming Wang

The registration fee does not include material costs if there are any.

What to bring:

        White or black flat-soled athletic shoes (one pair for indoor and one for outdoor use)

        drinking water
