太極拳講求身心平衡、動靜合一,透過緩慢而有節奏的動作,達到強身健體、舒壓養生之目的。歡迎對太極拳有興趣的朋友,一起從基礎學起,邁向健康人生。課程內容: 太極拳基本功(站樁、鬆肩沉氣),太極十三勢介紹,基本招式分解教學(如起勢、野馬分鬃、白鶴亮翅等),呼吸與動作協調訓練,太極拳入門套路練習(如24式簡化太極拳)
為期六週
講師:王恩銘
自備:白色或黑色平底運動鞋 ,室內外各一雙,飲用水,防曬物品。
